Terms and conditions
The agreement between you and Pinnacle Premier Bank Ltd.. Last updated 1 October 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to every account and service you hold with Pinnacle Premier Bank Ltd. ("we", "us"). Each product may also have its own conditions, shown when you apply. If they conflict, the product conditions apply.
2. Opening an account
You must be 18 or over, give us accurate information, and verify your identity. Companies must also tell us who their directors and beneficial owners are. We may decline an application, and we may ask for more information at any time to meet our legal obligations.
3. Keeping your account safe
Keep your password, PIN, two-step codes and cards secret. Tell us straight away if you think someone else knows them or has used your account. Unless you acted fraudulently or with gross negligence, we will refund payments you did not authorise.
4. Payments
We show the fee, exchange rate and amount before you confirm a payment. A payment is authorised when you confirm it with your PIN. Payments to other customers are usually immediate; international wires usually arrive in one to three business days. We may delay or refuse a payment if we suspect fraud, if it would break the law, or if there isn't enough money in your account.
5. Fees and interest
Our fees are listed on the fees page and interest rates on the rates page. We will give you notice before we increase a fee or lower a variable interest rate.
6. Escrow
When you use escrow, we hold the buyer's money until the buyer releases it, the inspection period ends without a dispute, or we resolve a dispute. Our decision on a dispute is based on the terms both parties agreed and the evidence they provide. The escrow fee is deducted from each amount released to the seller.
7. Closing your account
You can close an account at any time once any money owed to us is repaid. We may close or suspend an account with notice, or immediately where the law requires it or we suspect fraud.
8. Liability
We are responsible for losses caused by our mistakes, but not for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
9. Complaints and law
See our complaints page. These terms are governed by the law of the country where our registered office is located: 100 Harbour Street, New York, NY 10004, United States.
